    The standout for me is how they handled changes. The details of the transport kept changing (pickup date and time, collection address). I appreciated Shirley’s prompt and patient help with accommodating all the changes.

    Transport details:

    I arranged for transport of a large and fragile painting (2m by 2m) as I was sending it for repairs. It’s easy to arrange transport and get a quotation, just provide them with the info they need, whether they need to navigate staircase or slope etc as there is additional charge for stairs.

    The movers are friendly and professional. They wrapped the painting in plastic wrap for protection. The return journey was also easy to book, and the repaired painting was returned safely.
